Make a complaint

How can we help?

Our Council was established in July 2010 under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW). It is part of the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme.

We aim to protect the health and safety of the public by managing complaints about doctors and students.

We manage complaints about the professional performance, conduct and/or health of a registered doctor in NSW.

If you are concerned about the health, conduct or performance of a registered doctor or student, let us know - anyone can make a complaint.

Find out about how we assess a complaint about you, including possible outcomes.
